Delay or Lost Shippment:

We should have a confirmation from them within 15 working days. If the parcel is confirmed lost we will reship immediately. If we did not receive reply from them within 15 working days we will reship immediately as well.

Return Policy:

1. It is A MUST to contact us firstly before returning the item(s) or goods. Return without our approval will not be processed.
